TGB Shipping Guide
Step 1
Go online to your choice of grading company. Complete your online submission. Once that is complete follow directions below.
Step 2
Place ungraded card in the provided soft sleeve. Repeat this step for multiple cards.
Step 3
Place soft sleeved card into the provided card saver. Repeat this step for multiple cards.
Step 4
If sending multiple cards, stack multiple card submissions in the same order listed on your online submission confirmation page.
Step 5
Open TGB box and place single or multiple cards to be graded in the cutout slot. Firmly press down so the cards sit in the cutout slot.
Step 6
Place TGB shipping guide card insert on top of cards within box. This helps keep your cards in place in the event of turbulence in transit, plus provides extra protection for your cards.
Step 7
Print order confirmation and fold it into quarters. Place on top of TGB shipping guide card insert.
Assure your cards. Visit www.thegradingbox.com or scan QR code. Input or attach requested information to confirm your order. Your cards are now assured.*
*This is a crucial step in confirming your cards are assured.
Step 9
Close TGB box. Pull off adhesive tab protector. Fit box ears into each slot on left and right side. Firmly push down from left to right on the area with adhesive to securely attach adhesive to box.
Step 10
Choose your method of shipping. (Box weighs approximately 5 oz.) Print label and attach it to the backside of box in the area labeled “shipping label.” Use clear tape to secure label so all shipping instructions are visible.
Step 11
Print your submission ID packing label, if the grading company you’ve selected requires it. Attach it to the box on any of the 3 sides with no labeling and secure it with tape.
Step 12
Now you are ready to ship your grading box with the assurance your card will arrive to the grading company safely, in their hands or your money back.

Disclaimer: For cards to be assured, you must upload the requested information to The Grading Box website under “Assure Your Cards.” If this step is missed, The Grading Box cannot confirm your cards were shipped to a grading company, and therefore, your cards cannot be assured. The card’s value will be determined by the current market value of the ungraded card at the time of the claim.
