Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
Do we offer shipping to the grading company?
No we do not, we only offer shipping to you from us. Due to liability and inconsistent shipping.
Do we offer returns ?
Yes we do, if you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer a full money back guarantee; only if product has not been registered for assurance via our website. You have 30 days from purchase to initiate refund.
Disclaimer: 1 refund per customer, assurance doesn’t apply after refund has been processed.

How Long does it take to receive your box?
We ship our products between 9am - 4pm PT, any boxes purchased after 4 Pm PT will not be shipped till next day. We offer free 3-day shipping through USPS but time of arrival is based on shipping companies' definition of Business Day and many vary based on USPS.

How do I assure my cards?
You can assure your cards by creating an account to access "Assure My Cards" in the drop down menu and fill out the form to register your cards.
What is Assurance ?
The Grading Box Provides Assurance, and our assurance is our word. It is the guarantee and promise that we will protect you and your valued cards in the case of loss or theft on the way to the grading company. You are assured up to $10,000 for up to 10 cards!
